At Good Face, this is not a traditional massage therapy role. We are a specialty Facial & Lymphatic Massage practice, where treatments are centred around intentional, results-driven technique. POSITION DETAILS

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments using the Good Face Method, including:

  • Facial Massage

  • Lymphatic Massage

• Maintain accurate and professional client treatment charts

• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to clinic standards

• Complete daily operational tasks including sanitation and laundry organization

Training & Onboarding

All therapists complete a 4-week onboarding program before beginning paid shifts.

This includes:

• 15 hours of in-person training

• 10 hours of at-home practice

This process ensures all practitioners deliver treatments to the Good Face standard of care.

Ideal Candidate

You are someone who:

• Is a Registered Massage Therapist

• Has 1+ years experience in the massage therapy field

• Has a genuine interest in facial massage and lymphatic massage

• Enjoys refining technique and developing specialized skills

• Works well within a team environment

• Is coachable, self-motivated, and performance-driven

Experience in Facial Massage or Lymphatic Massage is an asset but not required.

Compensation

This role is offered as an Independent Contractor position.

Compensation is based on a percentage split structure. With a consistent schedule and established client demand, practitioners in this role have the potential to earn approximately $60,000-90,000 annually as the Position may range from Part-Time to Full-Time.

Exact earnings will vary based on practitioner schedule, client retention, and overall performance.
